CPFF Bundle (USAID-Compliant)

This package includes a CPFF Completion and CPFF Term type template. The templates are designed for use when you will be paying your sub for actual costs incurred, plus a fixed fee for either completion of outlined deliverables, milestones or reports, or completion of a prescribed amount of LOE. The templates are fully customizable and include guidance on how to tie in specific clauses from your prime award and how to properly draft a SOW and deliverable requirements. They also include common FAR and AIDAR flow-down clauses. .
