This purchase includes templates designed for use when you will be paying your sub on a time-and-material basis. The first template uses a salary-plus-multiplier approach, while the second uses an FDR/commercial wrap-rate approach.
 
Both templates are fully customizable and include guidance on how to tie in specific clauses from your prime award and how to properly draft a SOW and LOE/deliverable requirements. They also include common FAR and AIDAR flow-down clauses and provides guidance on how to calculate a multiplier. The Multiplier template includes guidance on how to develop a multiplier.
