Contractor Code of Business Ethics and Conduct

The Code of Business Ethics and Conduct has been drafted to ensure compliance with FAR 52.203-13, FAR 52.203-14 and FAR Subpart 3.10. The Code addresses prevention of organizational and personal conflicts of interest; handling of nonpublic and sensitive information; anti-corruption practices; anti-harassment, anti-trafficking, and safeguarding policies; data security and privacy; whistleblower protection; corporate training requirements; and reporting of Code violations.
