Code of Business Ethics and Conduct Policy

The Code of Business Ethics and Conduct has been drafted to ensure compliance by federal government contractors with FAR 52.203-13, FAR 52.203-14 and FAR Subpart 3.10. However, these standards can apply to companies operating outside the USG space, as well, as they represent ethical best practices.
 
The Code addresses prevention of organizational and personal conflicts of interest; handling of nonpublic and sensitive information; anti-corruption practices; anti-harassment, anti-trafficking, and safeguarding policies; data security and privacy; whistleblower protection; corporate training requirements; and reporting of Code violations.
