Code of Business Ethics and Conduct (FAR-Compliant)

The Code of Business Ethics and Conduct has been drafted to ensure compliance by federal government contractors with FAR 52.203-13, FAR 52.203-14, FAR Part 24, and FAR Part 3. However, these standards can apply to companies operating outside the USG space, as well, as they represent ethical best practices.
 
The Code addresses prevention of organizational and personal conflicts of interest; handling of nonpublic, sensitive, and personally identifiable information; anti-corruption practices; anti-harassment, anti-trafficking, and safeguarding policies; data security and privacy; whistleblower protection; corporate training requirements; reporting of Code violations; and employee acknowledgement and certification forms.
